I recently had a great experience working with Milissa and Fora, the travel agency she is affiliated with, in planning our vacation to Madrid and southern Spain. In many years of traveling, this was the first time I had not done all the planning and reservations, etc. myself. I was motivated to contact Milissa because this was a complex itinerary, covering seven cities in 16 days, with 5 hotels, multiple transfers, tours, etc. In addition, the window from beginning the planning process to the start of the trip was barely three months. Nevertheless, I was concerned that letting others do the planning would result in a “one size fits all” itinerary. What was I thinking? From our first phone conversation, I knew that Milissa was asking all the right questions. When she presented a proposed itinerary, I knew she totally understood the sort of experience we were looking for. The trip itself was wonderful! Since the places we visited were new to us, it was great to have all the particulars in place so that we could just relax and enjoy the experience. Everything was seamless and stress-free. Fora’s partner agency in Spain/Portugal was our “concierge in the time zone”. They have a network of impressive and personable guides for specialized tours to important sites, as well as equally impressive and charming professional drivers for some of our transfers. We had been thinking about taking a trip this summer with our family of 4. Each time we searched destinations it was overwhelming and we just kept putting it off. We contacted Milissa about 2.5 weeks before we wanted to travel and she helped us decide on a destination, found hotels and activities that met our criteria, and arranged for private transfers throughout the trip. The planning was all taken care of which was such a relief and allowed us to focus on enjoying our family time. Her communication was amazing throughout the planning process. Our trip was wonderful and her choices really showed that she put consideration into what was important for each of us during the trip. Although we have never used a travel advisor before, we will definitely use Milissa again for future trips and highly recommend her!

Milissa was very helpful planning our first trip to Sicily! She made sure our hotel took the absolute best care of us. She had them arrange transfers, wine and Etna tours. The hotel treated us like family and took care of our every need. Milissa worked inside our budget and made sure we received the best perks! We were greeted with fresh strawberries and champagne at our arrival. Our room was ready early, which was a great comfort after a long day of travel. Milissa thought of things we hadn’t to make sure we had the best time. I would definitely use her again!
